Mike called me into his office this week and told me that we had a situation on our hands that could only be solved by the new "Dewalt IROS venting system". After Mike had me put on a pair of latex (powder free) gloves he told me to hold the patients head as still and as firmly as possible. We then began to bore a whole through the patients tympanic membrane and through the cochlea. After the completion of this intense procedure the patient reports being able to hear better than ever before. A BIG thank you to Brian Highfill for his new dual exhaust super powered NMS Dewalt IROS venting system. We give it a 2thumbs up.

Wonderful discription of an important new procedure, save you missed a few things. First you have the wooden stick the patient bites on to in order to keep very still and you forgot to mention the DeWalt carbide tipped surgical steal drill bit to curtail infection. For lubrication you must first lick the drill bite! That's it. Better hearing in minutes!
